Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on every order to US addresses.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Returns — 30 days

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email info@myfornel.com with your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, with all parts.

Return shipping costs: please contact us before sending your return and we'll confirm the options for your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. We'll email you when the refund is issued; your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged or missing parts

If your order arrives damaged or a part is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement part or make it right.

Warranty

Every FORNEL chair has a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
