These terms apply to your use of myfornel.com and to purchases made on it. The site is operated by Melt Candle Company LLC, doing business as FORNEL, 1022 Diane Ave., Oak Harbor, WA 98277 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, is shown at checkout.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order (and refund you in full) if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
- Bundle savings (such as a chair with a Baby Set) are applied automatically at checkout. Promotional codes can't be combined with bundle savings.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Safe use
Assemble and use the chair according to the included instructions. Make sure every bolt is fully tightened, re-tighten them 2 weeks after assembly and check them regularly. Always stay with young children during meals and use the Baby Set and harness as instructed.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Wood is natural, so grain and color vary slightly from chair to chair and from what you see on screen.

Text, photos and videos on this site belong to FORNEL or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. Creator videos are shown as paid partnerships.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
