2-Year Warranty

We stand behind our chairs. FORNEL products bought at myfornel.com are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, for the original purchaser.

What's covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
• Parts that break or fail because of such a defect.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and natural color changes of wood exposed to sunlight.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.
• Damage caused by not following the assembly, use and care instructions — for example, using the chair with bolts that are not fully tightened.
• Products bought from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim

1. Email info@myfornel.com with your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
2. We'll review it and, if it's covered, send a replacement part or product, or offer a refund.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
